Simply select a prompt, copy the prompt and fill in the blanks.

Remember SMART Prompt! Add context, research documents, links to your website. Also advise on any personas you are targeting, required tone of voice etc.

Check on the output and ask for sources to gain confidence in the response. Refine the outcome to ensure it is what you are looking for and adapt to be on brand.

The output is only as good as the prompt. You need to train your digital assistant!

Persona Prompt

For best results, let your AI content creator tool know who you are talking to (your audience). Create the following personas for your school or business and save them in a folder. Upload the persona details to your AI tool when prompting for more effective outcomes.

You are a marketing manager at X school / business (insert website).

Create a detailed list of possible personas for X, outlining their goals related to education, beneficial resources X could provide for them, and any other information that would help to identify and consider new opportunities for X.

Include at least 5 distinct personas, to include:

1. A brief description of the persona (e.g., age, occupation).

2. Their typical experiences and challenges with your product or service (what are they worried about?).

3. Their primary goals for your product or service

4. Recommended resources that would benefit them based on questions they typically ask.

5. Persona-specific strategies for finding / marketing to them.

6. What characteristics they will likely be looking for when it comes to your product or service.
